Yep, you've guessed it another wine and food blog.....sorry!!!
I was a right slob this morning and stayed in bed till 11 - it was great!! Should of gymed it but my new healthy regime begins tomorrow....so one last day of over-indulgence before the new Tree lifestyle begins. Well that's a bit of an exaggeration.....slightly better lifestyle which still includes fun :-)
With my tennis ladies - Suzy, Wendy & Bev I headed to Cousley Wood to have a short wander before trying "The Old Vine" for Sunday lunch.
First a glass of Rioja before deciding on which roast to have!!
Had to be beef.
As with the Best Beech in Wadhurst, the Old Vine's food and service is now really good - the Wadhurst pubs have upped their games, turned a corner and are doing well again.
Right think its time for a few celebration chocolates!!!
