I heard a phone ring and then an excitable squeal of delight, I rushed into the lounge to find Natalie staring at the TV and chanting "it's Geary, it's Geary"
Who? You are asking....
Geary Moses Allen, a fab name by the way - is a 17 year old American Bluegrass Banjo player who was in Natalie's Cultural Celebration a month ago! He didn't win the talent contest but is extremely gifted, and this was made evident tonight when he appeared on the one show!
He was banjo-ing with a band - the fiddler in the Stetson was good but we didn't reckon much of the female singer! They were performing a song by the Osmonds and Donny who was in the studio got a tad over excited!
Talking of excitement....the finale of GBBO!!! No spoilers as some people might be on catch up....
