So Natalie went on a festive mission this afternoon and number 5 is now all Christmassy......the silver baubles and flashing lights are up and we even have a mini Xmas tree (courtesy of Pauline's lovely son Daniel, thank you). Christmas has officially arrived.
Even Nelly got the full works from Santa's little helper!!!
Satan came in the form of LA Fitness's personal trainer Gareth - in my complimentary hour session we did squats, press-ups, pull ups and balancing prones.....doesn't sound like much but I am finding it hard drinking my cup of tea. It has made we realise how weak I am, so now really considering some personal training.
